GiveSmart Offers Their Mobile Bidding Platform for Beat Cancer Auction with ACS

Atlanta, Georgia – April 15, 2015 – GiveSmart, the world-leader in mobile bidding technology, is proud to partner with the American Cancer Society and Oakland University head basketball coach, Greg Kampe, for a one-of-a-kind event to help fight and “Beat Cancer”.

It’s all in the form of a silent auction involving a line-up of world-famous NCAA college basketball coaches like John Calipari, Tom Izzo, Roy Williams, Bob Huggins, Josh Pastner, Sean Miller, Rick Barnes, Steve Alford, and John Beilein.

Participants will use the ease of mobile technology to bid on ten amazing golf packages each featuring one of the above mentioned prominent college basketball coaches. Winners will experience an unforgettable dinner with their favorite coach, a one night stay at MotorCity Casino Hotel and invite 2 guests to complete a foursome and play an afternoon of golf at the world-famous Oakland Hills Golf Club.

This exclusive experience will give the winners the opportunity to network, dine and golf with an elite college basketball coach all while donating to benefit The American Cancer Society. But, the clock is ticking.

Go here to begin bidding and “Beat Cancer.”

GiveSmart allows participants to first register for the American Cancer Society ‘Beat Cancer’ silent auction where they’ll battle to be the highest bidder. The ease and simplicity of being able to bid right from their phone gives everyone a chance to get in on the bidding action.

Participants will be allowed to bid from their mobile devices from any location, at any time during the duration of the silent auction. They’ll seamlessly submit their bids from their fingertips on their mobile devices or any available computer. Bids are safe and secure with industry-leading security software to protect guest’s privacy and purchases.

The Silent Auction is currently underway and will end at 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2015. Current bids are listed on the ‘Beat Cancer’ silent auction web page where guests will be able to take part in the battle for the highest bid. If a guest is outbid, he or she will receive a notification, and the opportunity to bid again. Once the auction closes, winners will be notified through their mobile device.

All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. GiveSmart is once again proud to partner for a noble cause.
